Welcome to Creation Science.net Forum. This is a new forum that I pray will develop into a wonderful place of encouragement as we make this brief journey together. Those that do not endorse the creation account of Genesis are certainly welcome. Please feel free to ask and discuss questions on this challenging and vital subject. I pray your faith is both challenged and strengthed through your participation in this forum. "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." (Proverbs 27:17, NIV)

Hello,
Here I am
I enjoyed class today, and if you visit my topic it kind of has to do with what I called you at home to discuss.
It stems from what I read in your textbook about beleif.
If something accepted as being true or something accepted as being untrue.
If I beleive the opposite, does that change the way it is.
I beleive so.
I beleive that haveing the mind of christ to lead us into all truth and being united by christ,
that it is only the enemy who is struggling to keep us from the truth
the evidence is there
most people just ride it off as humor
like the earth being a cube
You ever see those evangelist cubes that they have at the Bible book shop?
Interesting little gadgets;
inexpensive too.
I'll race you to one.
Ready, set, go!

First, thank you for your input. In reference to your statement "If something accepted as being true or something accepted as being untrue.
If I beleive the opposite, does that change the way it is. I beleive so.":
I do not fully understand the "opposite" of something accepted as being true or something accepted as being untrue. It would appear to me that either it is true or it is not, what the "opposite" of this would be I don't know.

Actually, those that endorse the philosophy of evolution basically postulate that people came from frogs, i.e. amphibia (e.g. frog) evolved into reptilia, some of which evolved into quadraped mammals, some of which evolved into bipedal primates, some of which evolved into people (handsome young prince), and weren't even kissed!

My point is simple psychology.
If I beleive I am ugly, then I am ugly. I may not be ugly to you. But please don't waste my time telling me that I am pretty. I am ugly. I won't tell you that you are ugly. You probably are not. Who care's anyway.
Oh that you were mature Christian's desiring the sincere word of the truth.
But you are like babies and you must be fed with food that your stomachs can handle.
