Here is a link to a photograph of a reconstucted Neanderthaless or is that Neanderthalette? This is a reconstructed model from a fossil skull. Would you go out with a woman who looked like this?

The woman has long hair, a strong, rather masculine jaw and looks a little like she hasn't had a bath in a few days. She might clean up and dress up pretty well.
