Answer: Probably two ways!
Explanation: Of course this wasn?t a challenge before the flood, as there was only one continent, but when the animals stepped off of the Ark they stepped into a world vastly different than the one they had left. It was different climatically,
geographically, and topographically.
The Bible teaches that the Ark came and rested on the mountains of Ararat (Genesis 8:4). The mountains of Ararat are in Turkey, and are considered to be the approximate mathematical centre of the earth?s landmasses. You see, God had this all figured out.
Land Bridges:
Even evolutionary anthropologists (people that study mankind) believe that men and animals were once able to cross the Bering Strait, which separates Asia and the Americas, without difficulty over land bridges. During the Ice Age, sea levels were significantly lower. As the ice melted and receded sea levels increased (not only this, but the water got deeper too

Matted Vegetation or Log Rafts:
Probably to a far lesser degree than migration via land bridges, some animals may have taken a cruise, via a veggie mat or log raft over relatively short distances. Granted this might not make for the most comfortable voyage, but it would work.
How did kangaroos get to Australia?
Answer: They hopped!
(Well, you didn?t really think they walked did you. Yes, I do know some say they can't walk, but that?s no fun!)
Explanation: What was probably true for Asia and the Americas was probably true for Europe and Australia. I.e., they were connected by land bridges. They probably hopped their way from the mountains of Ararat, through Indonesia, to Australia.
Why aren?t kangaroos in other places?
Answer: They probably were at one time, although the direction they headed after leaving the Ark was probably influenced by climatic conditions and diet.
Explanation: Because of climatic conditions, diet, and a degenerating gene pool, they did not survive in other places.
Illustration: In the 1930s a very large sauropod (ate veggies) dinosaur fossil was discovered in the Sahara Desert. It was some 80? in length and weighed around 60 tons when it was alive.
What was this guy doing in the Sahara Desert?
Answer: At one time, the Sahara Desert wasn?t desert.
Explanation: The Sahara Desert wasn?t desert before the flood. This guy probably couldn?t tread water for the duration of the Flood and drown.
After the Flood, Earth was barren for a time being, until seeds and twigs took root and began to grow. This happened very soon (Dove brought back olive leaf ? Genesis 8:10). But not all of Earth was well suited for olive trees, just as not all of Earth was well suited for dinosaurs, Panda Bears, or Kangaroos, i.e. some of Earth remained barren or covered in ice.
Soooooo, land and sea barriers weren?t really barriers that prevented animals from migrating to various parts of Earth. Because ?the world of that time? (2 Peter 3:6 - Before the flood) was destroyed, not all of Earth was suited for the habitation or survival of all the animals that left the Ark.
Soooooo, just what do you call a Kangaroo hooked on television?
Answer: Why a ?pouch-potato? of course!
