How Long is Forever?

Please read the following and tell me how long is forever?
All quotes are from NASB.
I am just trying to make sense of something and need help.

Gen 13:14-15
4 And the LORD said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him, "Now lift up your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward; 15 for all the land which you see, I will give it to you and to your descendants forever.

Ex 12:23-24
3 For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over the door and will not allow the destroyer to come in to your houses to smite you. 24 And you shall observe this event as an ordinance for you and your children forever.

Ex 28:42-43
43 And they shall be on Aaron and on his sons when they enter the tent of meeting, or when they approach the altar to minister in the holy place, so that they do not incur guilt and die. It shall be a statute forever to him and to his descendants after him.


Ex 32:14
13 Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, Thy servants to whom Thou didst swear by Thyself, and didst say to them, 'I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heavens, and all this land of which I have spoken I will give to your descendants, and they shall inherit it forever.'"

Forever Is Forever!

The Promised Land (literal) will not last forever, i.e. Romans 8:18ff. cf. 2 Peter 3:9ff) Earth and its? works will be burned up, along with the rest of the Universe.

My personal view is that the covenant promises given to Israel pertain to spiritual Israel, which is made up of Christians, both Jews and Gentiles, e.g. the Promised Land for spiritual Israel is Heaven, Hebrews, chapters 3 & 4, which is forever forever.
